What is Run My Retreat?
Run My Retreat builds branded booking pages for retreat operators. Guests pick a room and pay a deposit online; you get the payments and an organized list of who’s coming. No spreadsheets or Google Forms.
How much does a retreat booking page cost?
Three ways to start. Bring your own Stripe account for $2,500 per retreat, or let us set up and connect Stripe for you for $3,500 per retreat. Running trips all year? The operator dashboard is $5,000 one-time plus hosting, with one booking page included and additional pages priced separately.
How do deposits and balances work?
Guests pay a deposit at checkout (typically 50%) and the balance closer to the trip. Both are collected on your Stripe account through one branded page.
How long does it take to launch a booking page?
Most booking pages go live in about a day once you send your trip details, dates, room types, and photos. Setting up a connected Stripe account (tier 2) or the full operator dashboard (tier 3) can take a bit longer depending on verification, but your booking page itself is still built and ready in about a day.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build the page for you, and you can edit dates, prices, and copy yourself in the CMS, or update it by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT through our AI connectors.
Can guests book different room types?
Yes. Shared, single, and suite rooms are each priced per room and category. On the dashboard tier, room types and blocks are tracked across every retreat you run, not just one at a time.
Where do guest payments go?
Straight to you. Every booking pays into your own Stripe account, and payouts go to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Already have Stripe? We connect it. Don’t have one? We set it up for you and hand you the keys. We never hold or move guest money; we charge you a flat fee per retreat, billed separately.
